UC and I will update you guys on important decisions.
Current pending decisions: Splitting either north europe into benelux + rest or splitting us up into 4 regions.

Re: Teams
After not having enough Asia players to split and not having, uh, any Latin American players, we needed modifications to the teams. After some talking about making a fourth US team, we have split Europe into 3 regions; North, South, and the new Coastal, which contains The Netherlands, Germany, Belgium, Luxemborg and Poland. With that, we have 8 teams.
Asia
Coastal Europe
Canada-Oceania
North Europe
South Europe (+ Africa)
US Central (+ Latin America)
US East (+ Team Glyx)
US West
These will probably be the final teams unless something very unexpected and drastic happens. I will make maps and update the captain signups to include this change. Also, Romania will be North Europe instead of South.

Re: BW 1v1 We were originally going to have a BW 1v1 slot, but after seeing the results from a poll I made and discussion by hosts we will not be including a BW 1v1 slot and instead are including a 2v2 Doubles Best of 3 slot. As hosts, we voted, and unanimously agreed on 2v2 doubles. Here is our reasonings. So that leaves the formats locked as: USUM 1v1 Bo5 USUM 1v1 Bo5 USUM 1v1 Bo5 ORAS 1v1 Bo5 ORAS 1v1 Bo5 2v2 Doubles Bo3 We understand not everyone is completely on board but we as hosts feel this is best for the tour. |
