The 1v1 Classic
So here we are. While this tour might seem like one for old gens like RBY and GSC at first glance, it's something completely different. This tour is a way to relive the days of the old 1v1 combined with new gameplay from USUM.
This will be done with three different tournaments, which you can join all of. Each tournament is a best of three for a specific gen, and the further into a specific tournament you are, the more points you get (use this as a reference). After all of the tours are complete, the top twelve players will be put into a single elimination bracket that looks like this. From there, the players will play a best of 3 of each gen, where the higher seed picks the first gen to bo3 and then the loser of that series picks the next. Refer to this for tiebreaking procedure.
Here's when the times for the signups of each tour. They will be up for a week then Round 1 will start.
